This is Zlata again. No she cannot. She admits that she cannot, and while it was a goal at one point, it no longer is among her concerns. Which sucks. She was so close.

She looks at most an inch or two away here...
I won't believe as an established fact that she can't do it. A lot of contortionists who become able to do that might avoid discussing the issue by saying 'no' so that the awkward subject will change. Those rubber suits, mobile as they are, might impede mobility, she may be able to stretch further than this.
How can we say for sure what people can do and what their goals are? There is a void beyond what we are shown.
