BTW, being able to put your legs behind your head is not at all required to be able to lick down there. I have found that the following props work for me to be able to reach down there . . . on a good day. If I were a girl, I know I could pleasure myself down there.
Needed props
- A thin beach body towel.
- A pair of platform high heels which have a strap that goes around the heel of the foot. This will protect the feet and ankles and will help to keep grip onto the bed frame.
- A bed that is at about the same distance off of the ground as the length of the high heels.
- A long thick/sturdy but not overly hard pillow. With a pillow case on it, of course!
- A 25 lb [11.34 kilo] plate weight that looks something like this. That is, one with gaps for you to grab it. If it has a rubber coating it's better because it will hurt less for what it's going to be used for!
Steps:
1. Shave at least the back of your thighs and butt smooth as well as the inside of your arms.
2. Place the pillow in the middle of the bed on the floor.
3. Place the weight on top of the bed in line with location of the pillow. If you have a bed that is a much greater distance from the floor than the length of the high heels, this will not work. If your bed is about this distance from the floor, but your mattress is high off of the ground, you will need to push the mattress away some to be able to place the weight on the box spring. Push the mattress away so that you can fit the weight on the bed completely. And I would actually say to push it so that you could fit two of those plates on it from the edge of the bed inwards for safety. You don't want the plate to bounce off of the mattress and fall on your face.
4. Place the towel on top of the weight.
5. Strip naked.
6. Put the high heels on. And tighten the straps so that it's a firm but not tight fit.
7. Lay on your back on the pillow without moving the pillow. Have your head about 6 inches [15 cm] from the start of the bed frame.
8. Pull your most flexible leg towards your head first and put it under the bed frame. Use the gap that the high heel makes with the heel of your foot as a means to grip the bed frame with friction so that you don't have to consciously hold that leg in place. [So if your heels are moisturized, you need to wash it off and dry your feet before you do this.] Place this foot anywhere between about half the distance between your shoulder width and the maximum distance you can spread your legs and your shoulder width. Whatever is most comfortable for you. Just don't completely spread your legs at first.
9. Bring your other leg to the opposite side at the same distance.
10. Reach for the towel and twist into the shape of a rope. Place it on your back to rest on it while you do the next step.
11. Now that you are on the pillow, the towel on your back, and your heels and the high heels are fixed to the bedframe, bring your knees so that they touch the floor as a first stretch. Use the towel to hold that position for about 10 seconds.
12. Get a grip of the hanging towel that's on your back and move it to the part between your lower back and the start of your hips. Keep your knees on the floor, but spread them a little and press the towel against that part of your back to aid you as you press firmly to bring your hips closer to your head.
13. Slide down the towel [which is actually sliding up] your back as far as you can and press your spine as hard as you can. Do this for each part of your back down to just about your rear end. About 4 to 5 spots down the spine should do it. [This is stretching vertebrae by vertebrae.]
14. Possibly repeat step
13 again to loosen up some more.
15. Now spread your legs as much as you can. Again, use the space between the high heel and the bottom of the heel of your foot to grab the bed frame. Use the towel to press REALLY HARD on your hips so that you bring your hips to your face.
16. Rest for about 30 seconds. This means removing your legs from under the bed. But do not get off of your back or off of the pillow. Just stretch out your legs in the air, do the bicycle with them to loosen things up, etc.
17. Put your legs back in place under the bed frame and Repeat

18. Put the towel somewhere handy. Grab the weight and place on the center of your lower back. Have your legs spread to about half the maximum distance you can spread your legs and your shoulder width. With your hands inside of the handles of the weight, focus on pulling your hips to your face. Spread your legs out and/or move them in as needed to minimize the pain. But make sure that you do not put any pressure on your neck while using the weight. The pressure should be focused on the hips and lower abdomen.
19. Repeat any of the previous steps as necessary. Once you are towards the end of the stretching phase, you want to have your legs spread as much as possible. Target the hips and lower abdomen.
This is how you can begin to be able to lick the skin of your pelvic region and beyond. You target the hips and lower abdomen RATHER than the flexibility of your legs and knees. The position that Annbarby is in is unnecessary. In fact, you cannot possibly put enough force on your hips to push your hips close enough to your face AND HOLD IN POSITION LONG ENOUGH to be able to actually pleasure yourself.
