Sucking with a hose of sorts?

Since I can't SS yet I sure would like to have some sort of suction on my ding-a-ling when cumin, and to make sure I dont get any on my chin etc. Ive tried thinking of stuff I could put it in or around without being too tight and cant think of anything besides the toilet paper tube which is slightly too big to get suction on unless its down to the base of my cock.

Just some sort of soft flexible hose thats perhaps 8-12in long so I can have it halfway down the shaft and the rest in my mouth while crawling the wall.

any thoughts?
