Hey SF - if you have a cam built in it should be pretty simple - sometimes you have to download an add-on, sometimes it just works. Have you tried the video chat here in the forums? If you go to use your cam you'll probably get e little pop-up with video settings.

Are you using a Mac or Windows or Linux computer Self22? I can offer advice on Mac but don't know much about the others. Or you can send me a video and I can do some masking for you.
Also - I'm not the man to ask about the X Position - I never liked it. any of you Xperts have any suggestions?
