First, I'd venture to say most of the guys who visit this forum have had "The Dream", the one in which you can not only suck your own dick, but you can do it with ease. I’ve often thought about writing something on this topic myself; though not a regular occurrence it’s not uncommon for me to have such dreams. I don't even think that would be enough of a bend to suck your average non-Ron-Jeremy-Penis. That is impressive contortion, but it's all happening in the hips, which is great for getting legs behind head, but it's not bringing the pelvis any closer to the mouth, which is how we suck the genitals.
