How to compress video clips

Al, a technical question: how can I compress a video file to upload it in this forum. I made a video of myself selfsucking and this weighs 520 MB!!!. I tried the megaload link but it takes too long to upload it all.
Please advise what to do.Maybe you know a shortcut to it.

A complex topic.
Do you have any kind of video editing software? Are you on Mac or PC?
The basic things that'll make it smaller are:
Reducing the image size.
Reducing the frames-per-second.
Compression software.
There's some free video editing software available if you search around - might do the job.
If you let us know what form the video is in now and whether you're Mac or PC other people might have helpful ideas too.

Thanks for your prompt reply Al, Indeed "I guess" I managed the problem myself. I had fun editing my clip. Tell me what you think about the result. I wanted to do something special. I promise next ones will be improved...
