Will pilates help?

As you may know, I do yoga. In fact, I went to my nude yoga class this afternoon. However, I just renewed by gym membership and I see that they offer pilates classes. I was wondering if anyone had experience with this and think it may help me get more flexibile.

I've done Mat Pilates which utilizes the same exercises and movements with the focus on core strength as regular Pilates and I can say that it helped me in my yoga practice and my swimming. It is great for toning and improving overall strength and conditioning. Combined with the right stretching and yoga I think it would be a great addition to self-suck training.
