Yeah - sadly, that list - the SelfSuck-lopedia - kind of died. I was trying to maintain it with links to online sources - DVDs at that point - for the videos, and it was just to big a job to keep up with the constantly changing links.

I still have the list and have thought about stripping out the link section so it's just a list of videos, but there just aren't enough hours in the day...
