i personally have never had any ill effect from eating it. the desire usually subsides after ejaculation.

The trick is coax some out without fully ejaculating using what's called a slowgasm technique. basically you jack or suck off until you almost cum, but then back off. relaxing the same muscles that you use to urinate. after a little practice, a good amount of cum will "cum" out and you'll still have not fully ejaculated but still be horny and more apt to swallow it.
