I just got the newest edition of that book from the publisher (via Amazon for $9.99) and aside from the cover photo, I didn't see any differences between it and the last edition (the green cover). I didn't look too closely at the list of videos to see which ones were new, but I didn't see a whole lot of videos I own personally so I can't be sure that list is up to date.

I did check the bibliography and noticed there haven't been any medical journal articles published about selfsucking in at least 30-40 years. I would think with the popularity of the subject there might be more recent information, but perhaps since the author has passed away that book isn't likely to get any revisions anytime soon.

I seem to remember from correspondence with Gary that ended abruptly some years ago that he did pass away (although I'd love to be proved wrong!). So the most recent edition really doesn't have any updates from the previous one (the green cover you mention). It's too bad, too, since Gary was a sweet man and a great correspondent...
