Went too far without warmup!

Ok well tipping is usuall no problem but i went to far too fast and streched out my (ligs?)around my sacrum. And internal mucsles it felt like. I recovered ok as long as i dont overdo it. I felt the sacrum tendons just overstretch all at once wierd feeling. Anyone ever have this issue?

Yeah - it's very easy to push yourself too hard. If the stretched-out area doesn't seem to be a problem maybe very carefully play with keeping some of the stretch as you heal, and think about strengthening the supporting muscles - more stretch can be very good if you're careful!

Not going that far without loosing the bellyfat. No reason. Im lucky this time.
