Great Progress But Need Some Help/Advice

Progress update:

So I have made some very impressive strides in terms of my overall flexibility over the past 6 weeks. General stats 5”8 and 155 lbs. I’m now able to sit on the floor with my legs together in front of me and bend at the waste touching my toes and placing my nose against my knee caps. I can now also roll backwards onto my back/neck and place my knees onto the ground beside my ears. And finally yesterday I was successful in placing both of my legs behind my head (one at a time) just barely and held for 30 sec.

Now having said that, I still have not made contact yet! I’m asking does anyone have any advice on which section of the back is the “general” area to focus on? Like is there a consensus that the lower back is the most troublesome area to gain improvement? Is the troublesome area the middle and upper back / neck? I don’t feel like I’m focusing on the major area/factor that will gain me success. In watching videos of people’s torsos it seems like the biggest stretch seems to be mid back (when they bend, their nipples are almost touching their bellybuttons). Does this seem correct?

One last thing, I don’t have washboard abs but I’m not fat by any means. So saying “loose the belly fat” doesn’t seem to me to be the key piece keeping me from success. I’m in the process of slimming my stomach but in saying that I have seen significantly larger men have tremendous success leading me to believe the key piece I’m missing is in my back flexibility.

I found the following helpful in stretching out my back:

First, sit on the floor with your legs straight out in front of you and put your forearms under your thighs and pull yourself into a bend. This may take a while to do but over time you will improve.

Second, do the plow position but place your feet on the wall or other solid surface. Try doing bends but change the placement of your feet on the wall and the distance of your head from the wall. Focus the bend on various parts of your back. Having your head further from the wall so just your toes touching the wall will work your upper back and getting closer to the wall and putting the soles of your feet against the wall for leverage will work your mid and lower back.

Also, you can sit on the floor with your legs in butterfly position (soles of feet together and knees angled outward, like a diamond) and the thread your forearms under your calves and bend forward. This will stretch you out as well. I hope that makes sense, I wish I had a photo demonstrating this.

I might speculate that you may need to work on the limberness or suppleness of your lower back... I am reminded of a contortionist "hyper149" (YouTube) that had similar issues until the advice of sucking in the stomach (then relaxing the stomach muscles), using the gravity assist technique, and placing arms around the buttocks to curl your lower back forward to put your face in your crotch...

Although WITHOUT pictures, this may not be the advice that would be best for YOU!

I'm relatively new to this, but it is my impression that people have general flexibility in certain areas of their back than others, and it seems more common to have the lower back inflexible than other areas. I think people's journey to suckage will be different, but for me the AFTutor x-position stretches one leg at a time has led to more hip flexibility, and lately that has also led to more lower back flexibility. It might take some time, from what I've been reading contortion also grows new cells from stem cells along with the elongnating muscles and tendons. I also saw a video of a guy wanting to do a straddle split and it took him a year to do it but he worked on it and slowly over time he got closer until he reached his goal.

See that was my point lol not only can I touch my toes with my legs straight out (can also rest my nose on my knee caps) I can also put one foot at a time behind my head (just barely but if I hold it I can do it for 30 sec) but I’m still no where close to getting it into my mouth. That’s when I was like there something that I’m not doing right. There’s got to be a clue that I haven’t discovered that is keeping me from success. I think it lies with the lower back and the videos I’ve watched seems like they have an extra hindge at the waste/hips to further bring the crotch to the face and I don’t seem to have that or haven’t figured out how to do that

Touching your toes and/or just getting your legs behind your head likely won't automatically lead to self-sucking unless you have an extremely large member because there is a curvature to the back that is necessary to get there. If you look at AFTutor's x-position stretches, he is curving his lower back while tucking his leg under his arm and is using his lats as leverage to tilt/pull/bend his lower back toward him. My lower back is just now becoming flexible several months into it, it was not flexible at all in the beginning. I have used a routine of x-stretches, the plow, and the AFTutor butterfly stretch. All have been helpful to begin to unlock the lower back for me up to this point. I have read where other people don't do x-stretches at all and still get there. The plow is extremely important and helpful. It might take some experimentation and time to find out what works best for you.

Yes, I’m starting to see that I have some decent upper back/neck flexibility but the spot that doesn’t seem to have any curve when I’m trying to bend is like my lower back / mid back? I would say it’s like the opposite side of my abs/belly button. I believe once I get this hindge to start bending I will be selfing 24/7 lol hahahah. I think the British guy says something very important. It takes '6' months min. To stretch out this or that. Even after a year he wasnt flexible. Very important. And loose the friggin fat.

Maybe the large missing piece is Nutrition/Diet, because even though if you stretch it out a lot if those muscles does not receive enough nutrients, it will give you a hard time to make a progress. I'am Filipino, lot of belly fat though loss 30 lbs, just 6.5-7.0 inches cock, I was able to suck the head of my cock with ease, tried c position lick the tip unfortunately I had sprain in my back so I just let it recover before I resume. When I tried to transition to vegan diet plus follow some nutritional advice of StrategicSS - (see post in this forum) - there is a certain nutrient that needs to supple for that muscle to be limber. It actually fast track my progress even though I'am not limber as you.
