Consider myself very flexible but...8inches away...

So being a cyclist im what 99% of the population would consider very flexible. 6ft tall touch my palms flat on the floor while standing with no stretching anytime. Can also (barely) get feet behind head. Can sit Indian style with soles touching and heels equal distance from tip of my cock and then stick my forehead on the floor by my toes but when crawling the wall or anything else im about 8inches away....

Ive wanted to do it forever and see a few videos so I know there are people doing it but I dont know if they are are double jointed backs or what.
it just seems like even tho I am flexible it might not be possible, if I was 2-3inches away maybe or if I wasn't flexible and was just a normal guy then id see 8in as being able to over come.

I had tried selfsucking when I was 13 and was able to only lick the tip. I wanted more but grew frustrated so I gave it up. I had thought doing this was impossible. Years later when I was in college, I learned it was possible and found a lot of photos and video depicting this act. This motivated me to try again. Unfortunately,I was no longer as thin as I was when I was younger and I never was particularly flexible to begin with. I tried two positions, sitting in a chair and putting my forearms under my thighs and pulling myself into a front bend, and laying on the bed with my legs thrown over and feet against the wall. I wasn't close at all. I wanted to know so I grabbed a ruler to measure and the gap was a bit longer than the ruler. I estimated 14 inches. Not good.

However, being able to do this has always been my biggest fantasy and finding porn and sites like this where others talk about doing it, I spent a lot of time practicing. I had a lot of sore backs and necks but I eventually closed the gap and two days after my 28th birthday, I was able to lick the tip of my penis again. I don't recall just how long it took but it was several months if not a couple of years. But I got there. My suggestion is that you need to focus on not only stretching your back muscles, but also your neck and, what was key to me, my hips. I started doing yoga with the hopes it would help make me more flexible. Not as much as I had hoped sadly, but I did learn some techniques including hip openers (such as pigeon pose). I worked on being able to lift my leg up while sitting and putting my foot behind my head. This can't be done unless you loosen your hip muscles. Once I was able to do that, attempting selfsucking in the plow/crawling-the-wall position was much easier and I felt less discomfort. If I am properly warmed up, I can get the tip of my penis to my lips in minutes and on a good day, I can use my legs to push myself into a tight bend and bring my penis to my lips without even using my hands.

I had to say though, I've never been able to get more than the tip between my lips. It feels nice, but my goal is to get it between my teeth to the point where I can wrap my lips around the shaft. At that point, I'd truly be sucking it and from what I've heard, this is where it starts to feel really good.

From the way you describe it it sounds to me like your leg muscles are very flexible, probably due to cycling and stretching them. The fact that you can bend down and touch your palms flat on the floor suggests that your hamstring give enough stretch to let you do it. So in your case it isn't the leg that's preventing you. (most of the time people don't stretch their hamstring and it prevent them from bending over enough) It's probably more your back and neck that doesn't let your curve enough(look at the C position for reference as to what kind of bend you are looking for).

Thanks for some great advice Torae!

It is amazing how different our bodies all are - the subtleties of where we tight and loose and strong and weak. There is no one-size-fits-all advice, but I'd agree with Torae's assessment - about loose legs and tight back.

One approach is to be less focused on the final goal - to take a more meditative approach. Spending time in the Plow position - really relaxing into it and paying attention to where you're bendy and where not could be really helpful. To keep it exciting, approach it as 'medibation' meditative masturbation. Spend time stroking your cock and doing whatever else turns you on - butthole, nips, whatever - while in the plow, and really focus on the pleasure, and also pay attention to where you're relaxing and where not. Yoga breathing can also help, including visualizing your in breaths going to the places where you're tight, and the exhales carrying the tension out of your body.

Make it pleasurable and put some time ito it - I bet you'll make some progress.

tried the cobra stretch position and deff have no flexibility that way. found a new position with my knees behind my shoulders and pulling downward and im WAY closer now, about a fist with away! this might actually be possible!

Just be careful hammer, the position you describe is using leg muscle to pull torso to bend forward closer. If you back is not loosen enough you could end up pulling something and then it will take way longer to recover.

FWIW I'm kinda jealous that you are that flexible that you can tuck your legs under your armpit with knee behind shoulders. The most my legs will do is around my neck. What's your leg stretching secret!!!!? :D
