X position question

I've read mention of leaning against a wall for the x-position, and I've made some attempts at doing that, but I don't think I get it, like how far should my ass be from the wall?

I've been stretching and doing poses, trying to improve my flexibility for this position, but it's still really strenuous and doesn't seem worth it yet.

I spend most of my session time in plow and upsidedown-C, and a bit of time in upright-C,
And that's time wonderfully spent, but I think I can continue improving, and I think x-position could probably be really good if I can get the hang of it.
I can take probably about as much of myself in x position as in other positions, or maybe even more, but its just so much physical work,
If anyone has tips or examples or advice for making it easier on myself, that'd be super cool.

When I started I couldn't do the X so I just stuck to the other positions. One day I found I could just do it. That's my advice lolz

agreed...just keep practicing the positions you can do, and as you get better try X every now and then to see if it gets any better. don't sweat trying to get one particular position though, just do whatever works best for you!

start relaxing into positions you can do then the buzz of sucking my own dick makes you relax more. often ill push a leg back and hold it while trying to relax. watching other self sucker videos takes your mind off the pain and focuses you on the goal. yoga between sessions helps a lot but your never going to be sucking in xposition overnight.

I tried X in a different location today, where I could lean back against a bed,
And spent more time in that position than usual, I suppose it was a bit easier while leaning, but I didn't feel like I made any progress really until I switched to other positions. It had really loosened me up and made me bendier in my other positions, so I'll definitely keep practicing.

I tend to either fantasize or just focus on what I'm doing and how it feels, when I'm having a session, but having the option of watching porn and stuff while I'm doing it is one of the things that makes x appealing to me, I can't really do that upside down, or in C. I suppose watching videos while practicing it is something I could do, haven't tried it yet though, so I will do that.

Side note: discovered the wonders of using a balls ring today... In combination with the warmup in x, It significantly increased the depth I could achieve. Like, I took almost the whole thing, it was crazy, I couldn't believe it.

that *is* one of my favorite things about the 'sort of X' position i use most often...you can see in this video how i can still watch/read my monitor while selfing.
