Need to go deeper

Hi guys, currently trying to go deeper as I am able to lick my head but can’t go any deeper for months. I’ve been on and off every once in a while but I’m fairly flexible so I should be able to go further. I do it in the shower room as I can put my feet under the sink and lay upside down and push myself in. What can I do to go deeper?
