Well done for a first vid! Good lighting. Decent angle. Has sound. Many of my first vids didn't even have sound because I was using a crappy webcam. The only suggestion I really have, is that you may wish to make some sort of cushion for that saw horse. Something about an inch thick would provide alot of comfort and allow you to remove your hand once you can find the right angle for positioning your pelvis and allow you to rock back and forth. Experiement with folded towels that you can tape down so that they dont move. Then went you find the right materials and thickness that you prefer, you can make something more permanent.
