Can get it in but can't cum (yet)

After many attempts, I am able to get in about an inch (glans definitely pops in), but so far unable to get stiffer inside enough to cum. I have to keep my hand there to stay inside, or I'll pop out, and if I use too much lube, I lose traction.
Best way for me seems to be standing in the shower with one leg up on the edge of the tub, and the warm water helps with stretching my cock. I've tried laying on my back with legs flexed (like most guy's pics here), but am not able to get as far inside in that position.
Any suggestions?
