Anyone tried Electro Stemulation, Tens Unit?

Hi,
I have experimented in the past with electro stem, using tricks I read on the net for small home stereos etc.
While it can fell great, and start to get me hard, I thing the signal from the stereo just isnt right.

I have heard the Tens Units work well.
Was thinking of getting this one,

I have friends who do electro-stimulation and who love it - I've never tried it. If you're going to do it you need to be careful! Read up on it on the Internet so you don't hurt yourself.

Is that electro stimulation on your cock? I have one of those TENS units (from a few years ago, meant to work your muscles, good for toning though).
