Sometimes I find that I am putting pressure on that area when trying to curl my lower back and not exhaling enough air. The only way of explaining it is sort of like forcing yourself to try and have a bowel movement when you are empty. Try to relax your lower abs instead of pulling them in. I'm only guessing that this might help. good luck
