Most of the diseases associated with anal sex wouldn't necessarily apply to self-fucking. However, you are still dealing with bacteria. It'd be recommended to wash the area well with soap and water prior.
: I've been reading about anal sex and all, and isn't it dangerous to not be using protection due to diseases and all? How do you guys manage to do it without, do you just have a bowel movement and a good wash, or do you do an enema? Thanks.
