i've said it before, and i'm sure i'll say it again...different things work better for different folks. i've never been able to 'x', and while most guys prefer the plow, the 'c' has *always* worked best for me. when i was in my best shape i was able to do the plow, but i still couldn't get the same penetration that i got with the 'c'.
one of the yahoo groups had a survey asking guys what worked best for them, and about 75% said plow, but there was still that 25% that did better with something else. 'x' isn't some magic position that automatically gives you better penetration, it just works better for some...
