I've been trying ss for a while now and the best I can do is to get almost all the head. I've read all the how-to's etc. but my level of flexability day to day is very inconsistant.
I haven't seen any talk here about diet. I don't mean the day of a ss session, I mean every day diet tips and ideas that may help me get some level of consistancy.
I enjoy researching this type of thing myself and I intend to but maybe someone here can give me a jump start.
On a side note I have a tip for increased ejaculation volume. THIS WORKS!!! L-Argonine L-Lysine and Zinc
This combination of amino acids and the zinc worked for me, you just have to give it about 2-3 weeks.
You can buy similar stuff on the internet but buy them seperately at a vitamin store (they dont have at walgreens) and save lots of dinero.
