40 years of sucking myself but have NEVER been able to even get close to doing it in the morning. Sometimes I go weeks without being able to do it. When I'm loose enough to do it again it's always after a full day and restful evening. Then I can get just past the head in my mouth. Although there have been some afternoons when I've sucked myself off but not often.
