: Thanks, that is mostly what I have been doing. Maybe not quite ten minutes though. Usually I go through a stretching routine, and have the legs over head for three sets of about three minutes. Losing fat seems to be helping.

in plough the further your hips are over your head the better, also opening the hips through stretching is helpful to gain extra distance. n joy
