Am muscular with some fat and getting more trim quickly. If I stretch my back without working out for a week, I stay pretty limber, but I need to stretch the tighter muscles every time after I work out.
I can max out specialized, extra-weighty machines for bodybuilding and have yet to build the kind of muscles which would get in my way.
Just a couple of inches of fat over the length of a torso will bunch up into a six inch thick cushion when you contort. The muscles are big enough that I can see them through the couple inches of fat, and I am still very close.
