and having a buddy "to spot you" couldn't hurt, either, and may even allow you to get better leverage with the spotters help, and weight pushing and adding to the action.
whether it's better in the evening; i believe that's different from person to person; but i would venture to guess, the mornings might be best.
someone previously suggested on this post board, a warm bath to increase the relaxation and flexibility, and i think you should consider trying this.
either way, you're definitely on the way to better agility and with practice and further relaxation, you'll "get there".
i'd be curious to hear of your progress, too.
"keep it up; WAY up"
: I stretch (some yoga moves) and lift weights early ever morning. Is my flexibity going to improve by morning stretches? Until I incorporated the C stretching-like in the How To section-I wasn't progressing much with SSing. Is it best to do yoga in the evening? I want to suck half my dick with less effort, sweat. My trouble with the evening schedule is I'm more apt to get excited and suck myself off; I don't always have time and privacy for that (have to plan my self dates). The morn routine keeps my nose the grindstone (and the fly!).
