About two weeks ago I got further than I have ever. I was able to just bend over and get the head between my lips, and in the plow position, I was able to get about 3/4 of the head in my mouth, which means I am just about able to actually suck it. I felt like I had reached my limit (with little progress in almost a year), but I was able to stretch my back enough to get that extra bit.
I've had the flu for the past week so I haven't been able to do it yet, but I will try again soon.
