I'm pretty sure he jacks off all the time--we talk about that a lot too. I almost told him not to knock it (no pun intended) till he's tried it (the SSing), but I'm not sure I would want him (or anyone else) to know. What would be the point? I'm not gay, but he's a damned hot guy; we turn some ladies' heads when we're out. But I don't think I'd SS with him.
