Some are more flexible than others--Al and Flex are amazing. But most or all can get more flexible, if they devote some time and sweat. If your bro can, and is flexible, you might see little "show off" signs. I think my wife suspects that I can and do: when playing around on the floor, or exercising, I'll throw my self into a plow or C; she looks at me pretty hard when she sees my priv area come within an inch or so of my face.
