That's a tough one. I had the same problem in my early self sucking period. It was difficult for me to stay hard while in my mouth. Thinking back it may have been because it was so exciting that I would shiver or tremble while sucking the head of my cock and that would cause it to go soft. I can't remember why or how but at a certain point in time I stayed hard all the way through my self sucking until I ejaculated into my mouth. Since then I've stayed hard and love the feel of my sperm shooting against the inside of my mouth and tongue. Maybe it had something to do with getting past the guilt feeling I had early on. I don't know but it sure feels like a perfectly natural thing for me to do and I've been doing it for decades.
