i'm not in the shape i once was, but there was a time a few years back when i could do it with ease, and i would do it on average about twice a day.
there were a few days i wouldn't do it at all, but they were balanced out by days i would do it three or four times.
unfortunately these days i can only lick the head a bit most of the time, but maybe a couple times a year i manage to get the head in and swirl my tongue around enough to get off. i just started a yoga class tonight in hopes of getting back to where i was a few years ago...wish me luck! ;o)
