It was harder to orgasm by mouth alone when I could barely get the head in. But once I worked my way past the head (after about a year) and got down to the shaft, my orgasms were much easier and more satisfying. I never thought I would get half way down the shaft, but for those still struggling to get down there, it's a whole new ball game when you do! (pardon the pun)
