Yeah I find it best to work inside my limits, even tho it is hard to not go that wee bit further.
I finally understand that you have to give your body time to actually change itself.(Forget piercings, this is the ultimate body modification. lol)
And I have learned to listen to all the wee signals from my back. Every time I hurt myself, I did have a warning just before but ignored it.
Guess it helps to realise that some of the best guys here, Shamman, Al etc are not youngsters, so there is no hurry.
I've got my eye on the final goal but for now , I'm sitting back and enjoying the journey.
