I learned these exercises as a youth and practiced them for a long time. I belive they were essential to my success in selfsucking.

I would recommend every one of the exercises on the page cited. Pay especial attention to the cobra, the fish and the side bends as well as the cat-cow. The exercise called the "complete breath" - not on that page, is also very helpful.

To help enhance the pleasure of the experience, it really helps to have some good routine of meditation, too. This will let you "get into" the feelings and become one with the pleasure you are giving/receiving.

As some have suggested in other messages, selfsucking can become a spiritual experience. I know on my good times, I feel quite out-of-body and totally disconnected from the material plane - pure and unadulterated extasy! Of course, my chosen name - shamman - is not just a coincidence. As the ladies I have had the pleasure to enjoy will concur :-D
