Like NE Dave said, mileage varies...but for me, if I have a seriously empty stomach and, well, squeeky clean/empty intestines for the day...the best mileage I get is from something I've called a combo before. I have to have stretched with the X and with the C for a bit before doing this, otherwise I tweak my lower back...but it's basically as if you are sitting, with your legs crossed in a buddha (sortof). You reach forward with your arms and cross the forearms behind your ankles..pulling up with your forearms behind your ankles...when I think of it, the dynamics of it are not that much different than the office chair..
That said, the "C" is my favorite too.
The Plough is pretty much useless to me...I like the X, but I use it mostly as my training position to get stretched out...
I'll post one of the combo up on yahoo "selfsuck" in the Members folder, and call it 'autofl8combo'..
: Curious to hear from all of you as to which position allows you to get the most depth. I was surprised to see one person mention that sitting on an office chair works best for him, and I've never had much success with that position.
