Welcome. 6 inches is more than enough. Especially with your weight and build. Search the past postings here for some useful hints and inspiration.
I should mention there is a Yahoo group called Autofellation which has a file section with videos of ss stretches demonstrated very clearly.
Just remember to take it slowly at first. That is pretty hard to do when you get excited, but it's important.
