I have used this position myself. not in a long while, tho. One thing I rememberr is that you gotta watch out for your neck. Or maybe I was trying too hard at once?
And ya dont need the whole pants, I think. Just the belt will do. I remember trying to wrap a extralong belt around my shoulders and try hooking it with my feet. Didn't work out too well. Other ones using a belt are coming to mind...
Its been awhile since I was at your level of s-s. It's just been maintenance and some slow improvemnt for years now. And the improvements have come slow but steady. I'm posting my latest pics in the yahoo group "selfsuck" in my folder Shamman2. I think I'll name the folder - "wider". OK. I had some requests to do wider shots and show the whole body so I tried that. I'd like to know if they inspire anyone?
I'll try to help the beginners and see if I have any very early videos of me. And I'll remember what positions I used then. I remember even working with one that started with the standard lotus. Then somehow i hooked my arms through my legs and pulled . . . Have to think about all the ones I tried on my way here. I'll post here when I get some kinda list.
