As far as a chiro- qwacker.....it may be an in-exact science, but I think regular visits help with posture and keeping you limber..

: I've had headaches my whole life, but it seems that in the past month or so I've had them almost every day and they usually start not long after I wake up in the morning. I fear I may have done something to my neck to cause this, although I don't have any neck pain.
