I am 6-2 and 170. Technically, I can't really selfsuck. I can get the head in between my lips on occasion, but I still haven't been able to apply any suction. I still have in inch or two to be able to do this. I have had to change my diet somewhat based on a recent chloresterol test. I've lost a few pounds, but I've been steady at 170 for a while now. I've been running on a treadmill a lot, but I guess it's going to take more work to lose some of my gut. I have a 34-inch waist, which I guess is normal for my height, but it's obvious to me when I am flipped over in the plow position that it is an impediment.
How close can you get?
