Quick correction on technique described: You have to move your left hand out of the way when you bring in your right hand to push the head in; use your right palm to keep the stretched shaft in place while you insert the head. Once you're all the way in, you can use your left hand to stretch your cock some more to get it in even farther.
An earlier post ("SF explosion") describes his tehnique as "milking it in." That's a great way to describe it.
