Sorry; I couldn't resist.
No: selfsucking won't give you a hunchback, though I suppose it might stretch out the supporting muscles in that direction. I've been doing it for more than 30 years and don't have a hunch back (OR an uncontrollable urge to ring church bells).
This is a good opportunity though to remind you guys that it's important to do backward bending to offset the effects of selfing on your spine. After you selfsuck (or during, if you want to take a break and take the pressure off) do some "bridge" poses. I keep some pillows handy and lie down over them backwards so I don't have to support myself, and I often have a book handy so I can relax and read and stay in that position for 10 or 15 minutes. This is a basic yoga thing and it's very sensible: keep it balanced and it'll help you to stay flexible and healthy.
