Stretching

I just had a thought ( a first for me) ...

Since it is important to stretch the spine and surronding muscles for SSing, I am figuring it would be good to hang from a chin up bar. Grasping with your hands as in the start of a chin up. Then hang there as long as you can hold on, while relaxing the muscles in your back.

What do you all think of that idea?

I do that.
And yeah it is supposed to be good for you.

I have, suspended from the ridge board in my loft, a car engine hoist which I have adapted with industrial wide Velcro straps for my ankles. Often I strap myself in, host myself up and hang upside down like a fruit bat for 20 - 30 mins and let everything stretch out. I find it most beneficial.
