My dick is around 7 1/2 inches. I really want to self suck but the farthest I can get is my lips touching it or I can lick it. This doesn't really feel as good compared to the whole head inside my mouth plus it's not worth hurting my back over.

If my dick was just 1 or two more inches bigger I'd have a better chance of doing it.

I am already restraining from jerking it for a week in order to receive a better orgasm once I jerk it but will this also increase my penis length by not jerking for awhile?

Nope. Ain't gonna happen. Work on your flexibility instead. It's easier.

According to the guys at www.thundersplace.org , you can lengthen your penis. It takes years to even gain 1" and that's if you're lucky and dedicated. Many of the exercises involve either stretching or hanging weights from your penis. Scary stuff, much scarier than yoga or flexibility exercises.

Stick with flexibility training and if you wish, refer to the forum above for possible help in the penile lengthening department.

I agree that getting more flexible is the key, however you could try enlargening: I made over an inch over many years of pumping and later doing some of the stuff at Thunders place
