I know im unfit, and I am addressing it. I lost over 50 lbs this last year, and am losing another 25 lbs over the next few months. Plus I am doing a bit of weight training and improving my overall health with vitamins and supplements, etc. I think with some work, I have the potential to be a great self suckker. Im looking into self-fuck too, and think it may be possible based on measurements I took last night lol.

I feel alot better this morning though. Last night my back was a little knotted, but now it feels fine. I know I did more than I should have last night, but I couldn't resist lol. I don't regret it actually heh.

Yoga is great - I'd recommend a slow style like Iyengar - the power-yoga and hot-yoga styles a lot of gyms offer are great in their own ways, but they don't tend to emphasize getting to know your body deeply in the way Iyengar does. Non-yoga stretching is great too, but if you're doing it on your own you should get some books and be extra careful. And do backwards bending!

it was a Saturday night Live skit with will ferrel attending a yoga class for one reason and one reason only lol, and he was finally able to suck himself and started doing it right in the middle of class in front of everybody. Saturday Night Live is a 1-hour sketch comedy show that's been on the air for more than 30 years and has been known for some pretty outrageous skits. That episode had to have been around the time the first Spider-Man movie came out because Toby Maguire was the host and in that skit he was a yoga instructor (which I believe he's really into in real life; I know he's a vegetarian) and he looked like he could do the moves pretty good (maybe he can selfsuck...).

Anyway, this show comes on pretty late on NBC (10:30 PM here, later in other areas so I've heard) so they can usually get away with some crazy stuff since the kiddies are usually in bed by then. Will Ferrell is pretty outragous but I don't know if you guys across the pond are familiar with him.

They pretty much addressed all the issues, including whether the that was the right reason for doing yoga, whether it's gay, and if it's possible for women to do it too. I liked how some in the class thought it was disgusting while others (including a female member) found it interesting and looked jealous. Toby Maguire's character was asked by the class if he could do it and he said he could but he didn't want to because it's gay. The class disagreed and several of the guys in the class wanted to learn how to do it.
