Yoga will be an immense help; look at the links on this site and the exercises in the “how to,†section. Apart from stretching and becoming flexible, learn how t o control your breathing in the extreme positions.

I'm pretty flexible, lean and limber, but I'm not as good as he is. I can almost move my legs around as easily as he can. I'm working on getting where he is, lol.

i think maybe i can...you will have to let me know! i am trying to get a clip together but every time i try to put it up on the share site that 'webcamdude' had his on, netscape crashes on me...maybe i'll have to use the evil i.e.!
