Please reply guys i need help :(

Right im gonna try and explain everything the best i can,here goes....

What it is im 21 years old and around 190-200 pounds,and im trying to selfsuck.

At the moment im struggling to find some good stretches to do,with different positions.

I have tryed the X position and i can barely get one leg over my head,tryed the plough too and i think thats the one for me.

So is there any tips for the X position??

I dont know which muscles to stretch on the plough position so any help would be great!

Also should i take yoga up?

I am really sorry for all these questions,but its the best place to get the answers im looking for i think with all the other experienced guys.

I WANT TO SELFSUCK!! lol sorry had to get that out there.

take a hot shower, make sure the heat is on in your room, smoke some pot and or get your buzz on with hard liquor/wine and your good to go man!

Definately take up Yoga; all over fitness is essential. Especially concentrate on your hamstrings. Read the how to here and search the archives for more information. Learn everthing you can; it's all here in theses pages

yeah - yoga is great, but remember; there are a lot of different kinds of yoga. A lot of the "power yoga" stuff that gets taught at gyms these days won't help much. Read the how-to section!
If you're comfortable with the plow then concentrate on that - I've never spent any time doing the X and I think I've been a pretty successful selfsucker!

what worked for me

I just started selfing again after not doing it for many years.
first it has taken me 3 months to have suckcess.
I would put my feet over my head and try to lower my pubic area toward my mouth.
I would go slow and when I got as far as I could I would hold the position taking care to breath slowly.
I would then relax and straighten out.
I would repeat this process for a half dozen to a dozen times each night trying to go further each time.
A warm shower before helps. I also see a chiroprator twice a month to help keep me loose.
This position also allows gravity to help lower my penis.
I would pull my penis down until it reaches what I call the vacume zone.
Once I could reach my lips I would suck the head in and again hold the position and watch my breathing.
After 3 months I can now suck up to my balls and it literally blows my mind.
