Hey al read someones post before and he said that you inspired him,thats the exact same for me aswell.When i saw one of your vids i was like dammmmm.

Only trouble is i cant do it :(,i did try tonight mind got my tip of my head in my mouth.

Im struggling to find good stretches that really help me at the moment :(

HELP PLZ! :)

Every man's body is different so it's impossible to give specific advice in a forum like this. The how-to section has some ideas, there are tons of posts here in the forums with suggestions, and you know I recommend Iyengar Yoga - if you can't take a class at least get a good book to help you learn some.
Mostly its about paying attention to what your body is telling you and taking it slow. It's frustrating at times and there are no guarantees, but this is really an opportunity to remember that you need to be in and enjoy the present moment: if you're pleasuring yourself and you can't enjoy it because you're focusing on a future selfsuck goal then maybe it's time to focus and enjoy what you have going on in the moment. You'll be more relaxed so you'll probably make more progress, and, most importantly, you'll be enjoying yourself, which is what this all about, right?
It takes time, but it's worth it!

You've got to take your time with this, it won't happen over night; it will possibly take months, even longer. The thing is to stay focused. Keep stretchng, staying trim and visualising and one day....
