Suggestion to get over your soreness

I've also had that sort of soreness in my back on and off. Once you finish your time off from selfsuck and your back is back to normal you should join a YOGA class on a weekly basis. It is highly recommended to practice this discipline as this allows your body to be tuned up from time to time. Your back discs go back in place as well as the rest of your body joints and skeleton too.-

Don't forget to warm up and stretch well before attempting to selfsuck.- AVOID to ss in the morning!!!
