is it possible to transfer the germs from your own mouth eg cold sores ulsers, when your SS to below and cause problems from them?

I think the answer to that is a definite YES! If you've got a cold sore make sure that you never touch it and then your genitals/arse without washing your hands very carefully first. Also, don't use the same towel for drying your face/mouth and other areas of your body. I could go on but I'm sure you'll find plenty about it on the net.
