Back stretch

Hi, this is my first post. Last year while trying to self suck i developed a knot just inside my left whoulder blade. Has anyone got any suggestions on how to stretch it out. Anytime i attempt to SS it gets really tight.

rotator cuff exercises are good for loosening your shoulder blade a bit and getting it warmed up.. do a search on google for rotator cuff exercises and a bunch of stuff should come up.. its worth a try.
